Basic – APA Formatting
Complete formatting into APA 6th Edition Style, including: title page, running head, heading levels, in-text citations, and references.1 For scientific papers, formatting includes: abstract (if included), method, results, discussion, reference pages, tables, figures, and appendices. Formatting will include detailed attention to style technicalities (e.g., statistical writing, use of numbers). All edits will be made using Microsoft Word Track Changes. Two documents will be returned: 1) Completed document, and 2) Document with Track Changes.
Tier 3 – Standard Editing
Complete formatting into APA 6th Edition Style plus proofreading and basic content editing. Editors will check grammar, spelling, and mechanics, and improve sentence structure (i.e., remove fragments, run-ons). Special attention will be paid to verb tense, subject-verb agreement, parts of speech, punctuation, and voice (active vs. passive). Editors will reduce redundancy and improve the basic readability. All edits will be made using Microsoft Word Track Changes. Two documents will be returned:1) Completed document, and 2) Document with Track Changes.
